Payments & Notice of Withdrawal
Our preferred method of payment is by BACS direct to our bank account as detailed on your invoice.
We also accept card payments but these incur a small bank service charge. Please enquire for details. Unfortunately, due to bank charges we no longer accept payment by cheque.
Where BACS or card payment is not a possibility we can accept cash as an alternative.
Invoices should be paid no later than the due date shown on the invoice.
Late payment is unacceptable due to the costs associated with running the Academy and may unfortunately result in your child not being able to take part in our classes.
Children are not allowed to be withdrawn from the Academy during a term, due to the difficulties involved in having to re-cast them in their roles for their termly performance. Therefore, if this occurs, no refund will be made. Only under very exceptional circumstances, will a refund be considered.
6 weeks notice must be given if your child will not be returning the following term.
